Repair lubricant, GRAFOLOG RPR is applied each time a faulty loading has to be restored in urgently, before the gear deteriorates irreparably.

The operation has to be performed in service and only by trained and experienced technicians.

The compound GRAFOLOG RPR is applied by manual spraying. Spraying duration and intervals are defined by :

• the state of the working flanks and contact to be improved
• the material
• the hardness and thermal treatments
• the kind of machine and its operating conditions

The operation can be preceded by realignment of the gear set, which is often essential. It can also be completed with an on stop mechanic intervention.
